
Pascaline Sala is an Executive Coach, Supervisor, and Psychotherapist. She works with executives and their teams in France and overseas focusing on leadership capabilities, emotional intelligence, and team alignment. She also supports women’s leadership through her program Mpower’Her (Etinc’elles). Pascaline taught coaching for 11 years at IFOD, a leading executive coaching school in Paris, where she served as Director of Training from 2016 to 2021.
Prior to this Pascaline worked for 17 years in management and executive roles for large multinationals including Price Waterhouse, Coca Cola and Ubisoft.

Pascaline is completely bi-lingual in French and English having lived 30 years outside of France in the USA and Australia. She brings to her coaching an international perspective on leadership and understands the complexity of international corporate environments.

Building on her double background in business and psychology and her international experience, Pascaline is able to work at a deep level to quickly achieve lasting changes for her clients.

Pascaline has developed an integrative coaching method based on neuroscience, which takes into account the whole person and their interaction with their system. She is certified in the emotional intelligence diagnostic tool EQi 2.0, which she can integrate in her coaching assignments.
Her coaching style is warm, empathic as well as results focused and direct, creating a space in which her clients can feel safe and challenged at the same time.

She has an Honors Degree in Management from Dauphine University, a Masters in Communication from Assas University and a Master in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Western Sydney. She holds a RNCP Professional Coach Certification, a Certificate of Coaching from ICCP Sydney, and Degrees in Individual and Team Coaching from IFOD.
